All photographs taken by Justyna Nascimento Photography remain the sole property of Justyna Nascimento. Copyright is retained at all times, and all images are protected by intellectual property laws internationally.

2. Usage Rights

• Clients are granted a non-exclusive, personal use license for the images.

• Personal use includes printing for personal display, sharing on personal social media accounts (without commercial use), and personal archiving.

• Any commercial, promotional, or third-party use requires prior written consent from Justyna Nascimento Photography.

3. Reproduction

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the photographs for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

• Clients may print and reproduce the images for personal use but may not sell or license the images to others without express permission.

4. Editing and Alterations

• Minor cropping or resizing for personal use is permitted.

• Requests to alter or manipulate images for commercial purposes require written authorization.

5. Professional Representation

• Photographs may be used by Justyna Nascimento Photography for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

6. Liability

• Justyna Nascimento Photography shall take reasonable care with all images. However, in the unlikely event of damage, loss, or corruption of digital images, liability is limited to the reshooting or refund of the session fee, excluding consequential damages.

7. Agreement and Acceptance

By booking a session or using the services, the client agrees to these terms. Any use of photographs outside the permitted scope constitutes a breach of copyright law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
